PowerSchool Grade Updates


Beginning October 5, students and families will be able to view overall course grades in PowerSchool.

Our goal is to provide students and families with a current snapshot of learning progress throughout the semester. As teachers continue to gather evidence of learning and assess student achievement, overall grades will become available to help support ongoing conversations about progress, strengths, and areas for growth.


Class Transitions


To help maximize instructional time and support a focused learning environment, students will be expected to remain in class during the first and last 15 minutes of each period, except in cases of emergency or other exceptional circumstances.

This approach is intended to reduce hallway traffic, minimize disruptions to learning, and ensure students are present for important instructional activities that often occur at the beginning and end of class. We appreciate the support of students and families as we work together to create consistent expectations and maximize learning opportunities throughout the school day.
